Total load is the term for the build up of things that are disagreeable to your body. You can handle some of them but as they pile up, eventually your body can't keep pulling the load. It is hard to tell how much each factor is affecting you until you remove it. Most of what I have learned about Total load has come from two very good books by Sherry A. Rogers M.D. Tired or toxic and The E.I. Syndrome.
