Why Start With the Spiritual?
- 75% of all physical problems are caused by spiritual and emotional problems.
- God may use natural means to heal you but it is important to realize that He is the one that does the healing not the garlic. 2 Chronicles 16:12; Jeremiah 17:14
- Ask God what His purpose is for your sickness. - Is it a sickness unto death? Sickness is often God's means of bringing His saints home. - Is it a sickness unto chastisement? Often God uses sickness to get our attention. James 5:16 - Is it a sickness to give glory to God? Is it a tool He is using to build character in your life? Is it something that will bring Him glory when it is healed? Have you considered calling for the elders of your church to anoint you with oil?
- Give God your "right" to be well. Ask God to make you willing to accept His choice of whether you get well or not.
- Be alert, Satan can also bring healing to some degree. He is a counterfeit but many Christians have come into bondage when they choose to use New Age medicine.
